owner-contractor-instructor in 1972. Has worked as a contractor in Four Trades, for Federal, State, County, City, Industrial, Commercial and Private organizations, including the Century, 91, 5,105 and 605 Freeways, also, the companies listed on this web-site. Also, the company made extensive residential repairs and remodeling along the listed corridors and the proposed connectors along all of the aforementioned Freeways.

Educator- Trainer, for numerous organizations and students teaching Contract License Law, Trades, Real Property Inspections, Mathematics, Algebra, Reading and understanding Plot Maps and Construction Plans as he developed a unique style that includes a high percentage of students passing the California Contractors Law and Trades examination.
